SHIPPING
Standard Shipping - $7.50 flat rate on all domestic orders. You can expect a lead time of 2-8 days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping - $10.50 flat rate on all domestic orders. You can expect a lead time of 2-4 days from the date of dispatch.
RETURNING YOUR TENS MACHINE
A free pre-paid shipping satchel will be provided with your TENS Machine. The TENS machine should be returned in the postage bag provided. If the postage return bag is lost it will be your responsibility to wear the costs and replace the postage bag.

Failure to return the TENS machine by the 'Due back date' or not in working order will result in the Customer being charged the full retail value less the hire charge. We will give you a reminder prior to return date via text/ email. Two emails will be issued and one letter prior to the fee being charged. Once this payment has been made the Elle TENS will become the property of the customer.
